1. Shipping Locations

RGLifeStyle currently ships to most locations across India, subject to courier service availability in the delivery area.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment in real time.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations and products.

  • RGLifeStyle reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on order value or delivery location.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to origin.

8. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

In rare cases of delay due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or operational constraints, we request customers to allow additional time. Our support team will assist you if required.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting images.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. RGLifeStyle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
